Titan Manufacturing Group operates as a high-output industrial entity, managing complex production cycles that involve multi-stage assembly and high-precision engineering. As the company scaled its footprint across regional markets, its legacy systems began to fracture under the weight of increased data volume and operational complexity. Before the Odoo intervention, the shop floor operated in a semi-siloed state. While the engineering teams were highly skilled, the data flow between the warehouse, the planning office, and the production lines was manual and prone to human error.
